The fuel consumption and emission values stated were determined using the legally required measurement procedures. Since September 1, 2017, certain new vehicles have been type-approved under the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP), a more realistic testing method for measuring fuel or electricity consumption and CO₂ emissions. Since September 1, 2018, WLTP has replaced the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC). Due to the more realistic test conditions, the fuel or electricity consumption and CO₂ emission values measured under WLTP are often higher than those measured under NEDC. As a result, vehicle taxation may have changed since September 1, 2018. More information on the differences between WLTP and NEDC can be found at www.porsche.com/wltp.
Regardless of the type-approval method used, NEDC values are still required to be communicated. WLTP values may be provided voluntarily until they become mandatory. For new vehicles type-approved under WLTP, the NEDC values are derived from WLTP values and stated during the transition period. Where NEDC values are shown as ranges, they do not refer to a single vehicle and are not part of an offer. They are provided solely for comparison between different vehicle types. Optional equipment and accessories (attachments, tire formats, etc.) may change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance, and aerodynamics, and, along with weather, traffic conditions, and individual driving style, affect a vehicle’s fuel or electricity consumption, CO₂ emissions, and performance.
